Excited to Announce the All-New LuLaRoe Elsa Boxy Turtle Neck | Fit, Feel, & Sizing Review

As someone with a pretty prominent extra chin, I usually shy away from turtle neck styles. But the all-new LuLaRoe Elsa boxy turtle neck has me singing a completely different tune. I absolutely love this style! Let's take a closer look at this fabulous new addition to the LuLaRoe lineup.


Made of a brushed hacci sweater material, the LuLaRoe Elsa boxy turtle neck features a super generous cut, fitted sleeves, and an adorable turtle neckline for a fabulous silhouette. This style is the epitome of fashionability and comfort. The LuLaRoe Elsa is also great for all body types and I am so excited for its release.

Now let's take some time to talk about LuLaRoe Elsa boxy turtle neck sizing, especially for plus-size fit. I am a 20/22/24 in regular department store clothing, and typically purchase size 2 or 3 in Torrid styles and XL/2X/3X in LuLaRoe styles, both dependent on cut and fit. I am also 5'9" if that helps! And a 42-44 DD across the chest. So, according to the LuLaRoe Elsa size chart, I should be an XL.

Typically when styles feature a larger, more oversized fit, we only see four sizes crafted for the style like we see with the LuLaRoe Elsa.


Although I can most certainly put on a Large in the LuLaRoe Elsa boxy turtle neck, I definitely prefer my true to size fit in the XL.


If you like your turtle neck tops to be extremely fitted, you may enjoy sizing down one size in the LuLaRoe Elsa; but for me, I think sticking to the LuLaRoe Elsa size chart provides the best and most comfortable fit.

Show Off That Body-body-ody in the All-New LuLaRoe Hope Body Suit | Fit, Feel, & Sizing Review

When I first started selling LuLaRoe back in 2017, there were like... 12 styles, and all of them VERY modest. If you had told me that 2023 LuLaRoe was slinging body suits I would have laughed out loud, and yet HERE WE ARE BABY 👏 The very first of it's kind, the all-new LuLaRoe Hope body suit is here to break the mold--and then some.


The LuLaRoe Hope body suit originally launched back in fall of 2022 but I wasn't able to order them at the time, which is why I was so excited to see this style restock once more. The Hope body suit is made of a 78% polyester 22% spandex blend that gives it a slinky, almost scuba-like texture that's perfect for keeping everything smooth and in place. With a racerback cut and two sturdy snaps securing the crotch, the LuLaRoe Hope styling possibilities are endless!

Now let's take some time to talk about LuLaRoe Hope body suit sizing, especially for plus-size fit. I am a 20/22/24 in regular department store clothing, and typically purchase size 2 or 3 in Torrid styles and XL/2X/3X in LuLaRoe styles, both dependent on cut and fit. I am also 5'9" if that helps! And a 42-44 DD across the chest. So, according to the LuLaRoe Hope size chart, I should be a 2X.

Trying on the LuLaRoe Hope body suit I found that I can wear two sizes fairly comfortably: 2X and 3X (pictured.)


While the 2X Hope body suit fits me pretty perfectly, sizing up to the 3X does give me a bit more chest coverage while giving me what can only be described as "diaper-butt" because of the loose fabric around my booty.


If you have a little more junk in the trunk than I do (which isn't hard to do!), I think sizing up in the LuLaRoe Hope is a great option. Otherwise I think most ladies will like their fit according to the LuLaRoe Hope size chart.

The term "seasonally transitional" can apply to lots of different LuLaRoe styles, but it's the absolute perfect description for the all-new LulaRoe Rebecca cross-front blouse! Made of a fabulous material great for both winter and spring, you're going to want to get your hands on a Rebecca cross-front blouse, and STAT.


The all-new LuLaRoe Rebecca cross-front blouse has been crafted with our luscious brushed DTY fabric--also called leggings material! The Rebecca also features a full-length sleeve and faux-wrap front to create the perfect casual top.

Now let's take some time to talk about LuLaRoe Rebecca cross-front blouse sizing, especially for plus-size fit. I am a 20/22/24 in regular department store clothing, and typically purchase size 2 or 3 in Torrid styles and XL/2X/3X in LuLaRoe styles, both dependent on cut and fit. I am also 5'9" if that helps! If you have not tried our incredibly soft leggings material before, it's hard to describe just how soft and stretchy it is. That's why I think most ladies are going to like multiple sizes of the all-new LuLaRoe Rebecca cross-front blouse.


Pictured in the khaki one, I am wearing a 2X LuLaRoe Rebecca which is my true to size and fits just fine.


In the navy blue LuLaRoe Rebecca pictured in the size chart, I am wearing a 3X Rebecca which is one up from my usual size and I personally do not feel like the cut is too big or too generous.


Ultimately I think most ladies will like the fit of their true to size Rebecca, but some ladies might like to size up for a slightly looser and longer fit.
