Now let's take some time to talk about the LuLaRoe Heidi babydoll dress sizing, especially for plus-size fit. I am a 22/24 in regular department store clothing, and typically purchase size 2 or 3 in Torrid styles and a 2X and 3X in LuLaRoe styles, both dependent on cut and fit. I am also 5'9" if that helps! And a 42-44 DD across the chest. So, according to the LuLaRoe Heidi babydoll dress size chart, I should be a 2X.
I really do absolutely love the LuLaRoe Heidi, as I think it is a super-cute and universally-flattering style.
Pictured here you can see me wearing a 2X LuLaRoe Heidi babydoll dress, and I think that 2X is the perfect size for me. Not too short, and not too tight across the chest.
However, I would most certainly not size down into an XL LuLaRoe Heidi as I think that both chest fit and sufficient length would become an issue.
As you will soon see in the sizing video I have posted below, trying on a 3X LuLaRoe Heidi certainly gives me a roomier fit that I also think would look adorable with a small belt.
Ultimately, I think almost all ladies are going to prefer their true to size fit for the LuLaRoe Heidi babydoll dress, with very few preferring to size up or down.
