Now let's take some time to talk about the LuLaRoe Chelsea t-shirt dress sizing, especially for plus-size fit. I am a 22/24 in regular department store clothing, and typically purchase size 2 or 3 in Torrid styles and a 2X and 3X in LuLaRoe styles, both dependent on cut and fit. I am also 5'9" if that helps! And a 42-44 DD across the chest. So, according to the LuLaRoe Chelsea t-shirt dress size chart, I should be a 2X.
The LuLaRoe Chelsea comes in two different materials--crepe moss & rib sweater knit--and both of these materials fit differently, in my opinion.
Pictured here, I am wearing an XL in the LuLaRoe Chelsea which is a full size down from my regular LuLaRoe sizing. I can also wear an XL in the rib sweater knit, but it is a bit more fitted.
Wearing my true to size in either material of the LuLaRoe Chelsea t-shirt dress definitely gave me an oversized fit, the rib sweater knit a little less so.
Ultimately, I think most ladies will like true to size in the rib sweater knit, or sizing down one in the crepe moss LuLaRoe Chelsea t-shirt dresses. Watch me try on both materials in XL & 2X in the sizing video posted below.
