Now let's take some time to talk about LuLaRoe Melinda wide sleeve romper sizing, especially for plus-size fit. I am a 20/22/24 in regular department store clothing, and typically purchase size 2 or 3 in Torrid styles and a XL/2X/3X in LuLaRoe styles, both dependent on cut and fit. I am also 5'9" if that helps! And a 42-44 DD across the chest. So, according to the LuLaRoe Melinda size chart, I should be a 2X.
After trying on an XL, 2X, and 3X in this style I can confidently say that the LuLaRoe Melinda wide sleeve romper fits true to the size chart.
While I could put on an XL LuLaRoe Melinda -- it was ROUGH going. The polyester has absolutely no stretch, so it makes it difficult to get on. It fit great, but I am not sure it's worth the hassle of getting into it.
Sizing up into a 3X LuLaRoe Melinda was far too roomy, and should easily fit my 24-26 ladies.
The 2X LuLaRoe Melinda (pictured) really is the perfect. fit.
Stick to the LuLaRoe Melinda wide sleeve romper size chart for best fit and, if you're willing to do some gymnastics, you might be able to size down, too.
