If you know me, I am a hippy at heart. I love music festivals, nature, bright colors, and community experiences. Which is why I am freaking out about LuLaRoe's newest addition--the Dianne! Now let's take some time to talk about LuLaRoe Dianne pants sizing, especially for plus-size fit. I am a 22/24 in regular department store clothing, and typically purchase size 3 in Torrid styles. I am also 5'9" if that helps! And a 42-44 DD across the chest. So, according to the LuLaRoe Dianne size chart, I should be a 2X.
In case you guys can't tell, I am head-over-heels in love with the LuLaRoe Diannes!
Although I found that the crinkle fabric absolutely has more stretch and give than the linen-feel, I still prefer my true to size in both materials--especially for length. In the picture on the left, I am wearing a 2X in the LuLaRoe Dianne paper bag wide-leg pants in the linen-feel fabric.
As you'll be able to see in my YouTube video below, I can easily fit into the XL LuLaRoe Diannes without issue, but it does shorten the length on my 5'9" frame. Not necessarily in a bad way though.
Fit preference for Dianne will also definitely largely be determined by body shape and how you carry your weight. I am personally an apple shape, with all my weight so lovingly stored in the midsection.
Ladies with smaller stomachs & legs may prefer a size down in both materials of the LuLaRoe Dianne; whereas women with larger stomachs and/or bigger bottom-halves will likely prefer true to size--or even one up, in the linen-feel.
Ultimately, my general recommendation for LuLaRoe Dianne paper bag wide-leg pants sizing will be to start with your size chart sizing, then adjust based on height & body shape.
