The LuLaRoe Jody peasant dress features elastic at the cuff, collar, and waist with plenty of stretch in both the elastic and the materials. The LuLaRoe Jody also features a functional wrap top that can be tied with strings, but is perfect for our nursing mamas out there. However, the wrap does not open enough on its own to expose anything--a plus!
Now let's take some time to talk about LuLaRoe Jody peasant dress sizing, especially for plus-size fit. I am a 22/24 in regular department store clothing, and typically purchase size 3 in Torrid sizes. I am also 5'9" if that helps! And a 42-44 DD across the chest. So according to the size chart, I should be a 2X.
As a 22-24, I personally find the LuLaRoe Jody peasant dress to be true to the size chart. I am pictured in a 2X LuLaRoe Jody to the left.
Although I could possibly fit into an XL LuLaRoe Jody, I know it would be too fitted for my preference.
Similarly, I did try on a 3X LuLaRoe Jody and found the bust to be too big--as it WOULD expose my chest on its own if untied.
My final sizing recommendation for the LuLaRoe Jody peasant dress is to stick to the size chart for best fit!
