Now let's take some time to talk about LuLaRoe Emily sizing, especially for plus-size fit. I am a 22/24 in regular department store clothing, and typically purchase size 3 in Torrid sizes. I am also 5'9" if that helps! So according to the size chart, I should be a 2X.
The LuLaRoe Emily dress is meant to be nice and flowy, and it has been designed as such! I personally prefer my true to size in this dress and am wearing a 2X here. I can physically size down into the XL but it does start to get too tight across the chest and in the arms. So, for plus-size ladies, I am going to recommend true to the size chart for fit.
Smaller ladies who may prefer their clothing more fitted will likely want to do a full size down in the LuLaRoe Emily for desired fit. It is completely a manner of preference, and there is no right or wrong way to wear her!
